I’ve never had any bad experiences bringing my Ford’s here and they always been able to figure out any issue I’ve had. Poorly diagnosed service issue. Replaced routers/pads on the rear brakes when the problem was the calipers on the front. Significantly over charged only to actually get the problem Replaced routers/pads on the rear brakes when the problem was the calipers on the front. Significantly over charged only to actually get the problem fixed for 200.00. The same service in Little Falls would have been 300 vs 500. Would not buy a new vehicle there if I can’t trust that I won’t be taken advantage of. More
