I’ve never had any bad experiences bringing my Ford’s here and they always been able to figure out any issue I’ve had. Poorly diagnosed service issue. Replaced routers/pads on the rear brakes when the problem was the calipers on the front. Would not buy a new vehicle there if I can’t trust that I won’t be taken advantage of. More

This was the 4th time I brought in my F-150 for the same problem. Changed the front wheel bearing at a cost of around $800 on 1st visit… still had grinding noise coming from front end. 2nd visit could not d problem. Changed the front wheel bearing at a cost of around $800 on 1st visit… still had grinding noise coming from front end. 2nd visit could not detect noise due to snow covered roads. 3rd visit diagnosed EIW problems and parts were ordered. 4th visit installed replacement part and determined that didn’t help (no charge… waste of time). They are now saying it is the front differential and the cost to install a used differential is around $2100. This will be the 5th visit and my confidence on this diagnostic is very low … by the way I have had this vehicle only maintained at Tenvoorde or Tenvoorde Quick Lane no other shop has touched this vehicle since I bought it with around 7000 mile. I don’t believe my next vehicle will be a Ford and I don’t believe I will return to Tenvoorde… this is the 12th F-150 I have owned. More
