PHENOMENAL service!! It was quite the one-off type of customer service!! I had a class up in Edina and while I was at that, my boyfriend decided to shop around for a car!! It was quite the one-off type of customer service!! I had a class up in Edina and while I was at that, my boyfriend decided to shop around for a car!! He went to one other dealership, before coming here, and Jake (our salesman) along with the rest of the sales team, went above and beyond! My boyfriend found a car he loved, but unfortunately was unable to purchase due to an air bag recall! While the GM was determined to make things right, my class was getting over, and I needed to get picked up. Jake offered to come and get me, so my boyfriend could work with the GM to find another car, he would equally love, within the same price; and he accomplished this!! Because of the exceptional service my boyfriend received (and because I was somewhat in the market myself) we both ended up driving off the lot with new vehicles!! I can attest to Five Star customer service from the entire sales team!! More
