Not the nightmare I was expecting. Barry Levine treated my like a member of his family. Fast but considerate negotiation without pressure. Changing the way people think of car salesmen! We're on our second Subaru from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. Both were purchased from Barry. From the honest way in which he discussed the models & fea We're on our second Subaru from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. Both were purchased from Barry. From the honest way in which he discussed the models & features of the cars that we looked at and test drove, to the way in which he treated us throughout the entire process, the bar has been set very high for any other salesman that we will deal with in the future should Barry not be available. For the 4 years we owned the first car (Impreza), anytime that I was in the service lobby while my car was getting routine service, if Barry walked by, he'd spot me, remember my name, my wife's name, and come visit with me. When we lost our Impreza when someone ran a stop sign and hit the Impreza doing approximately 50 mph, we called Barry to let him know that we'd be shopping for another Subaru. His first response was if we were okay. He then had us set up for our visit with the cars that we wanted to test drive and went the extra mile to get us into the Crosstrek that we wanted. Just recently we had an small issue with our Crosstrek over a weekend and to decided to play it safe had it towed to the dealership. It was a Sunday. We sent an email to Barry to let him know about the issue and used the online service request scheduler to let the service department know about the car being brought in. On Monday morning, I got a call from Steven Ross that the car was fixed and ready for pickup even before I had time to call.. When I got to the dealership, Barry spotted me coming in, met me, and took me to where I needed to sign for the car and introduced me to Steven Ross so that I could get my car. As always, great staff, great product, and a great dealership. More

Don't go anywhere else! I first met Barry when we were purchasing our 2013 Subaru Impreza. We live east but after having a HORRIBLE experience at Joey Accardi Subaru (seriou I first met Barry when we were purchasing our 2013 Subaru Impreza. We live east but after having a HORRIBLE experience at Joey Accardi Subaru (seriously - I can not believe Subaru even lets them use the name) we found Barry. He bent over backwards for us, got us exactly what we needed. I just called Barry again today when we found ourselves looking for another Subaru, and three years later he still remembers us! I wouldn't buy from anyone else - this dealer is great, and Barry takes really good care of his customers. More
