I had called and spoken to Barry about it but kept having scheduling conflicts keeping me from taking a test drive. Barry kept me up to date as to the availability of the car and even when it had been sold. I found another car in the inventory that also interested me and went for a test drive. After leaving the dealership without making a deal, Barry called me the next day to let me know that someone else had taken a drive and was interested in the car. I called back in 30 minutes and made the deal over the phone which was just 10 minutes prior to the second person. I found Barry to be informative and punctual without being pushy. The people I delat with were really great. I met with Barry and Austin. my only ocmplaint was that I had an appointment window of 2:30 - 3:00pm, got there at 2:35pm and was not served until 4:30pm.
