From the very beginning of our car-buying experience (on-line browsing) this dealership, and Barry London in particular, were tremendously helpful. Barry reached me by phone within 10 minutes of my requ (on-line browsing) this dealership, and Barry London in particular, were tremendously helpful. Barry reached me by phone within 10 minutes of my requesting a quote through Edmunds.com. He was hassle-free and pressure-free, fully up-front about options, prices, etc. He asked to know when we'd be in the dealership so he could pull several cars into the shade (it was over 100 degrees the day we started our search). By the time we arrived, Barry had done his homework enough to recognize which buyer category we fell into (pretty much ready to buy if shown the right car). He familiarized us with most of our vehicle's features (all would take a week), and got us on the road on an outstanding and thoughtfully-chosen route that showed off the car's stellar capabilities. Back in the showroom Barry was clearly anxious to be sure he'd answered all of our questions, and we made the deal on the spot. 2 days later, at pickup, he was similarly cordial and helpful, and directed us to Austin, who managed the financial packaging, again with grace, sensitivity, and complete lack of pressure. Both of these folks left us feeling thoroughly well-informed and at ease. The brief contacts I've had with others at the dealership have provided similar experiences. I'm looking forward to maintaining a long-term relationship with these folks! More

We came in for service on our C240 and after picking up our vehicle we talked to Barry about moving up to E-Class. We had questions about a certified E-Class. He was patient in answering all our questions. Even though our car wasn't new, he treated us as if we bought a 2011. We never received this treatment with our other two new Mercedes at our previous dealership. We are very pleased with his character as a salesperson and his respect that he has shown us. We are sure to return to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown for our next vehicle. Thanks Barry! Harold and Elaine Did I mention too, that the service department is by far the best and efficient. It has been my pleasure to work with the staff at MB of Hagerstown. Especially the following people, Marty Gillions, Service Manager,Tom Mummert, Shop Foreman and Barry London, My Sales Associate. They mad Hagerstown. Especially the following people, Marty Gillions, Service Manager,Tom Mummert, Shop Foreman and Barry London, My Sales Associate. They made my experience truly a great one. Not only did they spend time listening to my existing problems with my ML350 but repaired them with no charge for each problem including replacing the front rotors and brake pads. If you are a person thinking about German Technology, you owe it to yourself to visit Mercedes Benz of Hagertsown. They not only treated me like someone thay cared about but made me feel like my ML350 needed to be serviced like a new vehicle. More

Your dealership works as a team. I had spoken to Barry about a car over the phone and was not sure when I would make it in. When I did come in the dealership was very busy and another gentlemen (not sure about a car over the phone and was not sure when I would make it in. When I did come in the dealership was very busy and another gentlemen (not sure of his name) jumped in and helped until Barry was able to get to us. That was impressive. It was also impressive the amount of customers buying in the short time we were there. Goes to show how well a good reputation keeps and brings business. Other dealerships we shopped didnt have this going on. I only wish other companies would take some lessons from Mercedes Hagerstown on customer service.
