He was very responsive with my phone calls and emails always answered immediately. Barry is also extremely knowledgeable of each feature of a vehicle. My trade-in was a 2003 model so there were many changes in the 2009 model I purchased. Barry patiently explained everything that was different and set the car to my preferences so I felt quite comfortable when I drove away. The entire sales staff is professional and pleasant as well as the dealership being clean and well furnished/maintained. My past and present experiences with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown have been very favorable and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

My sales guy Barry London knows more about MB than anyone I have ever dealt with. He explained the features of a highly technologically advanced vehicle (ML 550) in a simple and easy to understand fashion. He is a patient and knowledgeable guy who gave me his mobile number and told me I could call him anytime when I had questions. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and not one salesman gave me his cell phone number. Austin Shemon the finance guy was terrific too. MB Hagerstown has a superior web site which is what attracted me in the first place. I saw a car I liked and was able to chat with Barry right away. I drove 80 miles to buy a car from these guys based on my sense that they are honest and would be excellent to deal with. I was right! More
