Another great car buying experience at North Country Ford This was my 4th car from North County Ford. The employees there are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Barry made our purchase so easy. This was my 4th car from North County Ford. The employees there are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Barry made our purchase so easy. We knew we wanted a new edge, but didnt know what features we wanted in it. Barry showed us all the possible features in the new Edge, we told him which ones we wanted, and he had one exactly like we wanted the next day. Then Tom got us through the finance process in record time. The whole process was so simple. Thank you everyone for make North Country Ford such a great place to buy a car. More

Honest & No Hassle Scott and the rest of the team were friendly and honest with me throughout the entire process. I bought an 'as is' car with one payment, but was a Scott and the rest of the team were friendly and honest with me throughout the entire process. I bought an 'as is' car with one payment, but was assured by them that it would be durable & that if anything 'felt off' about the car immediately after the purchase, to follow up with them right away so they could address it. I really felt taken care of by the team. The car drives as good as new, and despite the normal wear on the outside of the vehicle, I couldn't be happier with the performance of the car through its first hundred miles. I feel like I got a real gem here. The price was right & the car is a beauty. Thanks North Country Ford for the smooth procesd! More

Complaint Hi this is Abdinur Rage I visited on march 22nd for an oil change. my hood was fine after I came and I didn't open it since then I opened it Saturday Hi this is Abdinur Rage I visited on march 22nd for an oil change. my hood was fine after I came and I didn't open it since then I opened it Saturday April 14. I wasn't able to close the hood and someone else helped me close it and told me that I'm missing a part. I visited the north country ford on Monday April 16 for an oil change. I know that they knew my hood was broke,but I wanted to know what they would say about it. What they said was that I need to replace the parts and that they were 100 dollars including the labor. I'm 100 percent sure they broke the hood, however I don't have evidence because I wasn't with the mechanic at the time. I'll take care of my hood but i won't come back without installing a security camera. Thanks Abdi nur rage More

walked out happy didnt know what was going to happen, went in to look at a couple vehicles, one of which had just sold, our salesman had a similar vehicle that he had didnt know what was going to happen, went in to look at a couple vehicles, one of which had just sold, our salesman had a similar vehicle that he had all ready for us to view. We test drove 2 vehicles, and fell in love with one, needless to say we walked out with another vehicle, offered a decent value on our trade in.
