I wasn't able to close the hood and someone else helped me close it and told me that I'm missing a part. I visited the north country ford on Monday April 16 for an oil change. I know that they knew my hood was broke,but I wanted to know what they would say about it. What they said was that I need to replace the parts and that they were 100 dollars including the labor. I'm 100 percent sure they broke the hood, however I don't have evidence because I wasn't with the mechanic at the time. I'll take care of my hood but i won't come back without installing a security camera. Thanks Abdi nur rage More
