Excellent as always! I was recently in a car accident, and my insurance company ended up totaling my Ford Focus, which I also purchased at North Country. I came into the dealership with my Dad, and was instantly greeted by a few salesmen. We asked for Barry Miller, and they went and found him right away. I purchased my first car from him, my mom purchased her Ford Edge from him and my brother is leasing his Ford Focus from him as well. He is such a wonderful salesman. He isn't pushy, and he answers all your questions with honesty. He truly makes you feel excited about your new purchase. I will definitely be back when it's time to trade in my Escape and get something different. More

Barry walked us through the process, gave us a number of options, to choose from. That was intelligent selling. He was, also, able to ascertain who the real "buyer" was. His approach was very well orchestrated by years of experience. No pressure, other than what we might place on ourselves. He set up a number of yes or yes situations, for us to choose from. As an old retired sales manager, I was impressed with the fact that he realized he wasn't going to SELL us on anything. He was going to allow us to BUY what we desired. He listened to us. More

Trying to decide sell or trade in vehicle I bought a 2015 ford focus in Sept. 2015. In 2017 it need a new clutch. Now at 61,000 it needs another new clutch and this time it is not under recall I bought a 2015 ford focus in Sept. 2015. In 2017 it need a new clutch. Now at 61,000 it needs another new clutch and this time it is not under recall. Since I am at 61000 I am 1000 miles over the warranty and to fix it it will cost 2200. This is the 3rrd clutch in 3 years. The service manager was going to call ford to see if they would work with us to cover some of it. But I told him that is great but I have a car that every 1 1/2 years will need a new clutch and should I look at trade ins. He offered to get a trade in price and contact ford for me. He said they could give a better estimate if I brought it in. I did and ford gave me 8800 and that was more than fair so I went out of there with a 1 year old escape. I was extremely happy with my salesperson, the finance person and the service manager. My brother in law, Doug Isiminger has always recommended ford in coon rapids I bought my ford focus in buffalo and was not happy with service there. They did not even detect I needed a new clutch.
