SA’s should build trust to retain customers. Daniel Peach didn’t help me feel at ease re: the diagnosis of my A5 or help me understand the issue with my tank having to be replaced. He’s a disrespectful BULLY who didn’t bother to listen to my concerns up front and tried to prevent me from writing a review by using a fake email address. This guy is the worst! More

He sets the bar higher than any other service provider I've ever experienced. Not only does he set the bar high, he sets the standard of how to truly make the service experience feel more like a family experience. In a world when you get to choose where you take your vehicle for service, I wouldn't think to take my Audi to anyone else.
