The dealership was welcoming and everyone had a smile on their face. Believe me, I noticed that it wasn’t like every other car buying experience I had over the past 30 years! My experience with Barry Sisler and Helder Rosa was different ... I was treated with professionalism and First Class Service. I realized within minutes that I wouldn’t buy/ lease a car from any other salesman or dealership! What a refreshing experience I had ... start to finish! I received funny text messages from Barry with pics of my new car arriving on the lot! To the fresh cups of perfect espresso while signing to the personal delivery of my car hidden under the black drape with the big Mercedes bow! Nothing was forgotten! Every detail from beginning to end was First Class. Allison Johns you are an awesome driver moving those beautiful vehicles in the showroom. Your personal help with making my delivery special was perfect and first class! Barry Sisler was the perfect salesman for me and Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted was the best dealership for me! Talking to Barry makes you feel like you are not actually planning to buy a vehicle but planning for the best party of your life and Barry is that resourceful star-dude from your college who will make that all happen. Barry knows his cars, is very friendly and truly cares about the customer experience. From concierge to delivery, everything was just perfect. There was only a small glitch that the buy-out price was different on the final sheet from the quote, owing to some goof up on Finance/Management part but they were very quick to resolve that. Manager Helder Rosa and Ryan were very cordial and helpful too. We visited this dealership after we were let down by another Mercedes Dealership. But these guys put our faith back in Mercedes and great customer experience. Although MB North Olmstead is little farther from our home, but we will only go back to these people every-time. Highly recommended! More
