Talking to Barry makes you feel like you are not actually planning to buy a vehicle but planning for the best party of your life and Barry is that resourceful star-dude from your college who will make that all happen. Barry knows his cars, is very friendly and truly cares about the customer experience. From concierge to delivery, everything was just perfect. There was only a small glitch that the buy-out price was different on the final sheet from the quote, owing to some goof up on Finance/Management part but they were very quick to resolve that. Manager Helder Rosa and Ryan were very cordial and helpful too. We visited this dealership after we were let down by another Mercedes Dealership. But these guys put our faith back in Mercedes and great customer experience. Although MB North Olmstead is little farther from our home, but we will only go back to these people every-time. Highly recommended! More
