It's always a pleasure having my Acura RDX serviced at Crown Acura. Bart Bartley has been my service advisor since I purchased my vehicle in December of 2017. Mr. Bartley is extremely knowledge and work Crown Acura. Bart Bartley has been my service advisor since I purchased my vehicle in December of 2017. Mr. Bartley is extremely knowledge and works with my time restraints. I prefer to wait while my car is being serviced. Mr. Bartley makes me feel my time is valuable by making sure my car is finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr. Bartley as a service advisor if you need your vehicle serviced at Crown Acura. More

The service writer we had is named Bart Bartley. He was very nice and personable. He was very eager to please. We had no issues with him at all. The problem we had was with the service personnel. I requested our tires to be inflated as specified and my key fob wouldn’t automatically lock the doors as we walk away. The tires were inflated to 37#, which is 5# more than they should be. I had to turn around and have that addressed. Bart was in it. I also didn’t realize that my key fob still didn’t lock the car doors when walking away. I left a msg with Bart but it was already 5:00. I’m sure I’ll hear from him today. More

I love using the service department at Crown Acura. My advisor, Bart Bartley, makes the process smooth every time I visit. My car is ready quickly and he always goes the extra mile. I recently brought my Acura TLX in for service at Crown Acura (Clearwater, FL). My service advisor, Bart Bartley was friendly, courteous, and professional, answering all of my questions and explaining the Acura (Clearwater, FL).
