The people there are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient. I was in and out with a loaner, with all paperwork ready for me as soon as I got there. As a VERY busy businessman, I can't afford to lose lots of time. They were fast and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bart Bartley was the agent who assisted me today. He was busy when I first got there, so the others worked on helping until he was ready to take-over. Their teamwork was absolutely brilliant to see. I will continue to use Crown Acura, and continue to buy my cars there. More

I made a call about getting my car checked out (light came on over the weekend), and I had an appointment set up within the hour with Bart Bartley. He was incredibly personable and professional getting i came on over the weekend), and I had an appointment set up within the hour with Bart Bartley. He was incredibly personable and professional getting it all taken care of. I waited a bit until he came back with the diagnostic report and he said it was something covered under warranty but they needed to order a part. It would be in the following day and he asked if I would like a loaner. I opted for it out of convenience and received a call the following day asking if I wanted to come up later that afternoon or the following morning. If I wasn't out and about already I would have waited, but I figured I might as well head over. I got there a bit earlier than expected (trying to avoid traffic) and waited to fill out my papers and get my keys. Bart made my experience painless, but then again every service employee at Crown has been pleasant to work with. More
