I have had the extreme pleasure of having Julian Batar as my service advisor at Crown Acura. Julian has always been courteous and conscientious. He would always come to the waiting room a Batar as my service advisor at Crown Acura. Julian has always been courteous and conscientious. He would always come to the waiting room and give me service updates and was very accurate with timing of service. When Julian was busy with other clients he would ask Bart Bartley to assist him. Bart was as knowledgable and competent as Julian. Prior to leaving the service are Julian would review the Crown Multi-Point Inspection report with me.
