Other dealerships were definitely trying to play games. I hate a feeling of distrust. Bart's price and one other dealership's price were both equally fair--within a couple hundred dollars of each other. It was no question in my mind who I trusted to do business with. We were serious shoppers on a budget and he helped us meet our goals. I have already shared his contact information with two families looking to move into an electric family car. I will definitely be returning to Bart for our next car purchase. Financing was professional. We went with our own bank even though Emich beat our rate. They did not pressure us to switch financing.
