Emich dealership wa a very welcoming and knowledgeable about EVs. After going to multiple dealerships where cars weren't charged and the salesperson had to look up all of our questions on their phone, it about EVs. Worst experience ever. I purchased a vehicle out money into it for it to fail three days later after purchase then to be put on the back burner for 3 weeks while they “diag I purchased a vehicle out money into it for it to fail three days later after purchase then to be put on the back burner for 3 weeks while they “diagnosed” my car aka beating around the bush deciding what they wanted to do. Then when they decided to put me into a different vehicle instead of price matching my previous car purchase since I couldn’t get my trade in back they gave me no choice but to buy a car 7 grand more than my original purchase. On top of that refused to reimburse me for the invoiced money I put into the car that was wholesaled out. Awful experience and not my first bad experience at Emich. More

Wanting to learn about electric vehicles, Emich Chevrolet took my spouse and I on test drives and discussed many aspects of EVs. We decided to buy an Equinox EV.
