Worst experience ever. I purchased a vehicle out money into it for it to fail three days later after purchase then to be put on the back burner for 3 weeks while they “diag I purchased a vehicle out money into it for it to fail three days later after purchase then to be put on the back burner for 3 weeks while they “diagnosed” my car aka beating around the bush deciding what they wanted to do. Then when they decided to put me into a different vehicle instead of price matching my previous car purchase since I couldn’t get my trade in back they gave me no choice but to buy a car 7 grand more than my original purchase. On top of that refused to reimburse me for the invoiced money I put into the car that was wholesaled out. Awful experience and not my first bad experience at Emich. More
