Tammy was very prompt in scheduling my tire replacement. Bart did a great job in finding the best tires for me. And James did a fantastic job doing the install and getting the tpm sensors working. Bart was great. When my mats came in, he and Courtney helped me put them in my new Jeep. On another note, when I purchased my Jeep, it was raining outside. They should have pulled it in the garage bay and have it dry for me when I picked it up. Instead, it had rain all over, so I didn't notice the dent and paint spot on it. They are taking care of it, but it's been a hassle going back and forth to the dealership to get it taken care of. More
