I received several calls from Honda because my lease is up 12/21. Susan was very nice. I told her I did not want a hard sales pitch from anyone and really wanted to discuss my lease. But before I knew it I was test driving a new car. I wanted to talk numbers 1st. We came in and then Steve came around, sat down and started talking. I really had no idea what he was doing. Then I figured out- it was the old typical model of - let me get the supervisor- only dressed differently. Long story short -I was there for 6 HOURS and was totally exhausted. Was told by the sales team that interest rates were at a low time lie. That was misinformation. Mine is definitely too high!!! My credit score is very high!! I wonder if Honda gets a kick back if your finance through them. I would recommend online purchasing of a car. The bright light of my experience was working with Basem! Very kind, patient and thorough. Juan, the finance person also was very nice. More
