My only negative was a price increase due to vehicle options. I was originally quoted a price for a Passport with navigation, which the car I ended up with does not have. The final price for my lease per month increased $15 for options I did not need. Should be a trade off without navigation. More

Great salesman. But, put me in a car I couldn’t close the trunk. I’m under 5 ft. And was sold the Civic Sport, that I couldn’t close the trunk. So returned the car But, put me in a car I couldn’t close the trunk. I’m under 5 ft. And was sold the Civic Sport, that I couldn’t close the trunk. So returned the car within 1 1/2 weeks , driven about 100 miles, mostly to and from the dealership. Then when buying the correct car for my height, the Accord Hybrid, the Civic Sport was then classified as a used car and $5,000 dollars was knocked off my return dollars. I adore Hondas but will never use Honda of Fort Myers again More
