Always friendly/pretty quick I always receive friendly service when I go here. I went to get my oil changed and ended up getting my 15K mile tuneup done. It didn't take any long I always receive friendly service when I go here. I went to get my oil changed and ended up getting my 15K mile tuneup done. Best Service Depoartment in world We only take our Sadona to Bulldog KIA in Athens because it is the BEST. The customer service Representatives are always friendly and professional. They advise me what I is wrong with my van and how best to correct it. They (and the service technicians) are very knowledgeable and know how to repair the van when it has a problem. Exceptional service! I chose Kia because my daughter, granddaughter, and grandson all drive Kia's and I have heard nothing but good about them. From the moment we entered the service bay, we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner and treated like family. The waiting are is comfortable and well furnished, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting- they even offer free coffee and popcorn. We were underway within the time promised, wit ha thoroughly served and washed vehicle waiting for us. Carol and I would recommend Bulldog to anyone wanting a high quality vehicle and first rate, fair and friendly service. More
