I came in to trade my pick up truck for something smaller and had talked to the sales rep and told him what I was looking for. Terrible! Do not buy from here! I made an appointment at 12:00pm via phone and email with a vehicle picked out and ready to pay full price with cash in hand. Do not buy from here! I made an appointment at 12:00pm via phone and email with a vehicle picked out and ready to pay full price with cash in hand. We did not leave with the car for five hours! Worse yet, the battery on the EV car was completely flat when we arrived and the car was very dirty inside and out. I helped push this car by hand over to the charging station. It's the only car I have ever pushed before I ever even drove it. This is definitely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This should be very embarrassing for any car dealership, but no one seemed to care. Very disappointed, John More
