My salesman Ken was good to work with and he worked hard to get the deal done. But after that, everything went South.. I was preapproved by Ford credit at 2.9%. But then the finance guy without my knowledge to get the deal done. But after that, everything went South.. I was preapproved by Ford credit at 2.9%. But then the finance guy without my knowledge set me up with some third-party lending company at over 8%. I was forced to pay the truck off the next day to avoid the high interest rate. The next issue is I bought a electric truck a Ford lightning. According to the manufacture it come with the 80 amp charger, which the dealer did not furnish. So after spending $89,000, I have to go out and buy a $1300 charger so that my truck will properly charge. I really like the vehicle, but I would not recommend Huntley Ford if you’re looking to buy a car or truck. More

Immediately walking in door it is evident there time is more important than yours. My salesman was nice and down to earth, but sales manager and others were very arrogant. I ended up leaving before a real conversation of buying the truck could happen. I received 3 calls the next day following up and I told them why I didnt buy the truck with no response. After a few days I thought I may have got it wrong and tried to call the salesman to try again..... They wouldn't even let me talk to him??? I was told I would have to make an "in store appointment" to speak with him. Even after explaining I lived 4 hours away she would not let me even leave a message for him to call me.... I am shocked that a place that treats customers like this can stay in business! This place is full of truly Amateur Human Beings.... More

Run from this dealer. Wow. Talk about dishonest. I went there to buy a $41,999 used SUV and magically my out the door price was $59,000!!!! Just lie and misleading. Wow. Talk about dishonest. I went there to buy a $41,999 used SUV and magically my out the door price was $59,000!!!! Just lie and misleading. They will do and say anything to rip you off. I heard they were bad people to deal with, but it’s worst then I imagined. I feel bad for the customers they actually get to rip off. So sad. They literally do not let you leave. Until you buy. Crazy Run far away from this dealership! Typical USED CAR SALESMAN! Buyer beware. More

I went mid-afternoon to look at a truck and was able to get the deal done same day. The sales team, specifically Pete P, were very dedicated to putting together a package that worked for my needs. I was coming in from out of state and wasn't sure what to expect, but they maintained professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. Another notable mention was how accommodating they were to getting the title/registration handled for me as it needed to be for my state. They definitely made the buying experience as simple and convenient as it could be. More

Called in to purchase a Certified Pre-owned vehicle listed for $89k. I got transferred to a rep who took all the information and said a sales rep will call me. I was surprised that there was no direct listed for $89k. I got transferred to a rep who took all the information and said a sales rep will call me. I was surprised that there was no direct line to sales rep which is okay i thought. Every dealership is different. No call for 2 long days, i call back and get transferred to same group from the front desk and they repeat the whole process again. My simple question to them was "What are the dealer fees on top of the listed price" Its a straight forward question i believe would be answered by any dealer whose intentions are clear and not to rip people off. After 20+ calls and 7 long days. I get this text message after repeated follow up over texts asking for the final price. The final price is $107,225. Freaking $18,000 over the list price. This is not a new car. This is used car with 30K miles on it. This is a classic "bait & switch". I should have given more importance to other reviews warning about this. Like others, i fell for this SCAM. I wonder how FORD is letting this dealer run this and malign their name. $5998 Protection package to protect who and what i dont know + $5000 reconditoning fees to recondition what god knows. I am only writing this review to warn other car buyers in the market to stay clear of this dealership. Its a joke that these guys are running this business in this day and age More
