I discovered Paradise Chevrolet throu Is this paradise on earth? Well, I'm so glad you asked. Yes, indeed, it is as far as car buying is concerned. I discovered Paradise Chevrolet through the Costco Auto Buying Program because I was looking to buy a new Chevy Impala. When I put my information in Costco, I was contacted by Ms. Becky Young of Paradise Chevrolet right away. I was able to set up an appointment with her the same day. She was flexible with my schedule even when I needed to adjust it to come in earlier in the afternoon. I tried to prepare my wife for the sterotypical car buying experience since she had not been through it before and, boy did Ms. Becky Young prove me wrong. This was not your stereotypical car buying experience. Ms. Young was very receptive to our needs and immediately went to work to find the vehicle that we wanted. She was very patient, focused, and not pushy. She introduced us to Mr. Denny who took us out on a test drive and showed us all the exception features of the Chevy Impala. He was very personable and friendly. Never did we feel like any representatives were in a rush to move on to the next sale and for that, we're truly grateful. While that weekend, Paradise did not have the exact car that we wanted, Ms. Young was determined to get it for us. She located it and asked us to give her a few days to complete the dealer trade. Sure enough, as promised, she followed up with us a couple of days later with great news. She was able to secure the exact vehicle we wanted and we could pick it up the following day and we couldn't be happier. When we arrived to purchase the vehicle, the transaction was completed in less than 90 minutes which is unheard off. Ms. Young offered us a deal on the new Impala that we couldn't refuse. Mr. Ryan was great to work with as well. He reviewed all the purchasing paperwork with us and was thorough and precise. Mr. Eleazar reviewed our insurance to ensure were all set. He was thorough, kind, and efficient. Mr. Denny took us on a tour of the dealership explaining all of the perks that came along with doing business at Chevy. He took plenty of time to ensure we felt comfortable with the vehicle operation and it's features prior to us driving off of the lot. He never rushed us and was very patient as we asked questions, explaining things that we would've taken more time to explore on our own. Becky Young, Denny, Ryan, and Eleazar exhibited exception customer service and were a pleasure to do business with. No haggling or sale gimmicky approaches here. We'd highly recommend Paradise Chevrolet without reservation. In fact, we already want to purchase our next vehicle from Paradise. But, whether you're looking for new and used, the car buying experience will feel like paradise on earth. More

From start to finish, true professionalism and character was displayed by all. Got to the dealership after notifying them of interest in a certain vehicle. Vehicle was on the pad clean as could be with a full tank of gas for a demo ride. Worked on accessories to add on the vehicle in which Becky helped pick out options that we were interested in. Dealership was busy but made to feel we were the only customers in the store by the staff that handled us. While waiting for finance, Denny did a thorough and detailed demonstration of the vehicle features, connected our cell phones and set us up on the Onstar program. He didn't rush the experience and answered any questions we had. George in finance detailed the rebate available for financing versus other programs that were available to us and we chose a path that was different then our initial thoughts based on his explanation and review of the programs. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and the professional and friendly representatives we worked with. After choosing items to be added to the vehicle, I look forward to picking up the vehicle soon and proudly displaying the Chevrolet product. More
