We made an appointment to come in and look at a truck. As soon as we got there we hadn’t even looked at the truck and the salesman was trying to get us to sign paperwork and sign up for a warranty. I coul As soon as we got there we hadn’t even looked at the truck and the salesman was trying to get us to sign paperwork and sign up for a warranty. I could tell he was to busy to help us and wanted to just push us out the door. I had to ask to look at the truck and he still pushed us onto a warranty salesman before taking us out to look at the truck. We had to go thru that before he even showed us the vehicle! Then after going thru the warranty department we finally got a test drive. The salesman jumped right in the truck didn’t give us a minute to look the outside over. We got in and went maybe on a 4 minute test drive. He got a call and rushed us back to the lot. Did we buy the car still, yes but only because we have been looking for a car for a long time. The financing department and the gentleman who showed us how to connect our phones were great but I was very disappointed with the sales people and the experience we really had here. More
