I bought a used car this spring with Ben Bleed as my sales person for my daughter. I cannot say enough as to how well I was taken care of. There was an issue with the vehicle right after the purchase and Matt Jensen the manager helped me out even though arguably they did not have to. I came back and just purchased a new car with Ben's help again. The knowledge, support, and general experience that the entire staff gives you is simply without compare. Not only Ben but other sales people helped me out Steve Anderson and Keith Krutchten but also Matt Jensen again and finance John Wegner all were wonderful to work with. I can't recommend Lexus of Rockford enough. More

We found small things that needed fixed on the car we liked, and Ben had all of those items remedied by the time we picked up the car in the evening. The whole process was quick and efficient. More

I made the trip out from Chicago on the same day and had a great experience through the whole process. Matt Jensen showed them the car initially, and Ben Bleed worked with me on the details. Dan Clapper worked through the financing with me, and did a great job providing details about the extended warranty without pressuring one way or the other. This was hands down the best car purchasing experience I've been through (out of six in total) and I will definitely return for my next vehicle. More

The owner of the dealership should know that the "little guys" on the floor go above and beyond, but the "higher ups" need a stern lesson in social skills and general accountability. Ben, a salesman from Lexus, came over to us and was very helpful. He spent almost two hours helping us find the 06 Camry that we ended up purchasing. He was very patient and made the experience a breeze. The general manager at Lexus, whom I can't remember his name was very pleasant also. I stopped by to look at the 2013 Chrysler 200 that caught my eye. He guided me effortlessly through the buying experience, which led to me taking home that beautiful car the same day. When we drove into Anderson Toyota/Lexus Ben Bleed met us and directed us to a spotless 2003 Camry that we ultimately bought after he listened to our needs. He was great in helping us think through the process and in getting the car to our mechanic for a second opinion. Thanks for his help and responsiveness in making this a relatively pain-free process and a car we are both still thrilled with. More
