This is the feeling I got from Lexus of Rockford, particularly Ben Bleed, the sales professional that guided me through the purchase process. I was paced in my approach, taking several months to decide on the dealership and vehicle that would best suit my needs. Ben was consistent in his availability, and not overly persistent in his engagement throughout the process. Ben exhibited transparency throughout our interaction, earning my trust that he had my interests top of mind at all times. Another great experience. This is the third vehicle I have purchase from Lexus of Rockford, the second this year. I bought a used car this spring with Ben Bleed as my sales person for my daughter. I cannot say enough as to how well I was taken care of. There was an issue with the vehicle right after the purchase and Matt Jensen the manager helped me out even though arguably they did not have to. I came back and just purchased a new car with Ben's help again. The knowledge, support, and general experience that the entire staff gives you is simply without compare. Not only Ben but other sales people helped me out Steve Anderson and Keith Krutchten but also Matt Jensen again and finance John Wegner all were wonderful to work with. I can't recommend Lexus of Rockford enough. More
