This has been & will only ever be as long as JP & Nicole K. is here, like he always has been for me and my whole family, the only dealership I will ever buy from. I have purchased 5 vehicles from JP in 20 y K. is here, like he always has been for me and my whole family, the only dealership I will ever buy from. I have purchased 5 vehicles from JP in 20 years at Wayne acres ford and I have ALWAYS had outstanding service from every single staff member I have talked to and encountered. I have had every vehicle serviced throughout the years of owning my vehicles too. The service I have recieved has been immaculate! There will be no other dealership that I will go to or trust. This is the only place and JP is my only guy I will buy from. God forbid JP doesn’t work there any longer lol I will own my last vehicle. Wayne acres ford is the best, one and only, professional, amazing service, trusted and well respected dealership! More

Bringing my car in to be serviced at Wayne Akers is always a stress-free experience. I love my Service Advisor Ben, and everyone else I deal with are awesome too! I had a very disappointing experience at Wayne Akers Ford. The service department was unprofessional from the start, workers could be heard screaming on the phone and being openly disrespectful to custo Ford. The service department was unprofessional from the start, workers could be heard screaming on the phone and being openly disrespectful to customers. At first, Ben (a service agent) came across as helpful, but his attitude completely changed once he realized I was only there for recall repairs, which are free of charge. From that point on, the level of courtesy and professionalism dropped significantly. To make matters worse, after the service was supposedly completed, I was never called to pick up my vehicle. When I showed up, I found my car unattended with the keys left inside,leaving it vulnerable for anyone to take. This level of carelessness and lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this dealership with their vehicle. More
