My husband brought my Alfa Stelvio in for regularly scheduled service, and mentioned that I'd seen an indicator suggesting my battery wasn't fully charged. The diagnosis turned out to be a failed batt scheduled service, and mentioned that I'd seen an indicator suggesting my battery wasn't fully charged. The diagnosis turned out to be a failed battery, which isn't uncommon due to reduced driving because of the pandemic. The service advisor suggested bringing the car in for a more thorough test, and that if the battery failed, it would be replaced under warranty. New battery, prompt and courteous service = happy customers. We've purchased two Fiats and two Alfa Romeos from this Luther family dealership, and have always been more than satisfied with our vehicles and any interactions with their employees.
