I received a phone call after I submitted this the first time. I was told I was out of line for it. Ben thought we had everything settled yesterday. I have pictures justifing I was definitely out if line. I was told I was too meticulous. Ben said he would take care of making it right. After 4 weeks and after me coming 2 weeks ago and it wasnt right, lets hope it finally is taken care of. I was even offered my old car back, which they refused to fix for over 8 months. I'm really curious why you wouldn't fix it in the first place. That is the only reason I traded it in. I was denied multiple times on a claim. I had a 3 year warrany on a car that was only 2 years old. I also had the Honda advantage that was supposed to cover everything on the enterior. The advantage thing was mandatory when I purchased that car 2 years ago. All I want is for my new car to look like a new car. My expectations are not to high. Let's hope it will be acceptable when I do go for the 3rd time.. Thank you Ben for calling me back and saying it will be taken care of.

One would think I would be a priority to get this resolved. It's been over 24 hours since I tried to pick up the car yesterday. Ben said he hasn't even looked at it yet. I'll update a review if and when you get my NEW car right. Blown away that you want me to take my old car back after you have refused to fix it for 8 months. I would have never traded it in, in the forst place. My old car had less than 5,000 miles in it. Please make me a priority. I would have never submitted a review, but for the last month you send me something every other day for me to do it. I received a text today for me to do one. So I did one. Your reviews are meant for you and other customers to know how our experience was. Well I told you how my experience was and has been. I am baffled how you expect me to except a brand new car with scatches and what looks like pizza grease and who knows what else. When you purchase a new car you expect it to look new. My expectations are not extreme. My expectations are what anyone with common sense would expect.
