One of the worst experiences ever with a dealership. Hidden charges that were not evident till actual closing. Offered special financing and then at closing told it did not apply.to.my vehicle. Was not given paper document but memory stick that was defective Went back for new memory stick.and after lengthy wait was passed on to mee individyal.who gave me another memory stick that also was defective. I had three items.that were supposed to be taken care of in short order but waited weeks without response. Now I am taking up time to complain on a survey. I will provide a negative evaluation to anyone who is interested The service department on the other hand is fabulous. More

One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Everyone was super nice. We had Juan as our salesman, he was personable, thoughtful and overall great!! Definitely recommend him.
