Great experience with Auto Max and RJ Johnson. They made the whole experience customer friendly and smooth. From the test drive to the Carfax/Autocheck to setting up the financing, it was smooth and enjoya the whole experience customer friendly and smooth. I gotta give xxxxxxto the Car Max USA. They took a fee to process a loan of $360. I signed for the car and left. Then I got a call with good news that I was approved for a different loan through Happo credit process a loan of $360. I signed for the car and left. Then I got a call with good news that I was approved for a different loan through Happo credit union at 10% lower on the interest rate, a year shaved off the loan time and it lowered my monthly bill by $65/month. I went back and signed new papers. Today I'm being asked to come back and get my loan processing fee back because the new loan provider didn't ask for a fee :) I got this vehicle with no money down and my van as a trade in even though the transmission is about to blow. I went from a nightmare to a dream. Six years on a used Dodge caravan, that was still not paid off and issue after issue to a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander with only 30,000 miles on it. I really feel like they had my safety in mind by putting me in a car the same day. And I know they had my finances in mind when they helped me into a better loan. I'm excited to be covered by the GAP and mechanics insurance because I know first hand the costs can add up. A $100 deductible and pretty much a mile long list of things that will be fixed! I feel blessed and AUTOMAX is the best! More
