Everything went smoothly. I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle before purchase, and lots of instructions before pulling the purchased vehicle off the lot. Both my salesman (Todd Clemons) and the Finance closer (Ben French) were so pleasant, capable and communicative. I briefly met Steve Harper (Sales Manager) and he was able to clarify some financing and pricing questions. Please note, there was no trade-in, I drove the car home, so no delivery experience, and I live in Creve Coeur so I will not be visiting the service center for routine maintenance, so I cannot speak to a couple of the questions. But I will certainly be contacting the dealership for any warranty questions or issues. Very nice experience! More
