Best experience ever! I called in advance to come look at a specific Santa Fe. When I got there the sales man left me alone and let me look at the car and make my own dec I called in advance to come look at a specific Santa Fe. When I got there the sales man left me alone and let me look at the car and make my own decisions they were not pushy they did not try to pressure me and made me feel extremely comfortable. Gordon was the first one that I came in contact with and the texts evolved into phone conversations. Gordon was very patient with me and answered my questions clearly and easy to understand. My next contact was with Ben when I went into the dealership to buy the car. It wasn't the exact car that I wanted but Ben went right to work looking for the car that I wanted. It wasn't long until I got his phone call to let me know that he found it and that it would be at the dealership that week. I went back, did the test drive, got my dashboard tutoring and I was definitely a happy camper as I drove off! Thank you Gordon and Ben. More

Honestly we are running out of dealerships that we will even consider going to. On a whim we went to Dean Team. It was after 8pm when we arrived and we were just done. Ben French introduced himself to us and car shopping took a turn for the better. He was completely different from the other car salesmen we had dealt with in the several days before. We told him what we wanted and asked if we were being unrealistic. He showed us the numbers and we honest about the choices we would have to make. He did not just say "we will make it happen". We will definitely return to Dean Team and purchase another car from Ben. More

Ben is extremely knowledgeable about all the car models, financing and all the necessary paperwork, He makes a car buying/leasing pleasurable which is really saying something. Ben has gained our trust which is a hard thing to do and we would overwhelmingly recommend him to handle the sale/lease of your next Hyundai or Genesis. Dean team Hyundai has a family atmosphere. No pushy salesmen. No pressure but always available and eager to help you with your needs. We noticed a lot of the same managers and sales people from 3 years ago. That says a lot about a dealership. We will be back when its time to get another new car and we will ask for Ben French. More
