All my questions were answered thoroughly with out making me feel dumb. The staff is very patient kind and helpful. When I need another car I will defiantly be returning to Dean team. Ben was very honest, courteous, and helpful when answering my questions when helping me get my car. I only had to meet with two people, Ben and then I had to meet with one other person when I signed my paperwork-Richard Martin. He was also great and patient going over the paper work and explaining everything to me. I ask a lot of questions since I do not buy cars everyday. Every other place I had to meet with 5 other people it seemed. This is not my first time buying a car but it was the best experience purchasing one. I really do love my new car.
