I've bought about 5 cars over the past 10 years, and this time was the best experience, by far. I told Ben I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership due to a lot going on at my job, and he made sure all the paperwork was already prepared before I showed up. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes!! Ben French also worked with me, and I also worked with Adam Novik in Finance. All three were great guys to work with! More

I arrived around 10 am and left at one which is the shortest amount of time it has ever taken for me to purchase a vehicle. Ben and Adam both answered all of the questions I had and neither made me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. They were both very nice and easy to conversate with. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend for others to work with them. After I arrived home, I had a voicemail from Ben informing me that I had left my garage opener in the car I traded in. He set it aside for me until I can pick it up. Overall, great customer service! More
