Within a short amount of time on the phone with Ben French on a Friday afternoon, I agreed to buy/lease the car. Ben called the Oklahoma DMV to determine tax situation and agreed to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership to complete the transaction and deliver my new G90. This is the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I am a long time Lexus LS owner but Genesis won me over. More

I've bought about 5 cars over the past 10 years, and this time was the best experience, by far. I told Ben I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership due to a lot going on at my job, and he made sure all the paperwork was already prepared before I showed up. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes!! Ben French also worked with me, and I also worked with Adam Novik in Finance. All three were great guys to work with! More

I arrived around 10 am and left at one which is the shortest amount of time it has ever taken for me to purchase a vehicle. Ben and Adam both answered all of the questions I had and neither made me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. They were both very nice and easy to conversate with. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend for others to work with them. After I arrived home, I had a voicemail from Ben informing me that I had left my garage opener in the car I traded in. He set it aside for me until I can pick it up. Overall, great customer service!
