I had a great experience with Dean Team Hyundai, and with Ben French in particular. I was looking for a hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track M/T, and the Dean Team had one. I wanted to test drive two Ben French in particular. I was looking for a hard-to-find 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track M/T, and the Dean Team had one. I wanted to test drive two different cars with slightly different specs, and Ben made it happen. He spent two full afternoons with me, making sure all of my questions were answered, and helping get a very good deal. Besides being a great listener and not a huge talker, he is extremely knowledgeable about the product. I had done a lot of research on Gen Coupes, and Ben was able to accurately fill in some of the missing details. If you're hunting a Gen Coupe in the St. Louis area, I would strongly encourage you to seek out Ben and get him on the case! More

It has been a great experience buying my new car at Dean Team Hyundai from Ben French. Ben made me absolutely comfortable and gave me enough attention. He made every attempt to get me the car I wanted, with the options I wanted at the price I could afford. He also made sure that I was provided enough options for my financing. He worked towards final delivery and helped make sure that additional accessories and options I had ordered were delivered on time and installed with top quality. He went through the car and explained me all the options not only the first day I walked in, but while we were test driving, and on the last day when I picked my brand new car. I am very satisfied with Ben French's service and appreciate his honesty and eagerness to get the car I wanted. When I came in to the dean team i was expecting to be treated like I was at the other Hyundai dealerships. But I was wrong. I was properly help in a timely fashion and was elated.
