I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment—only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. They tried to bait me back into the office just to switch the numbers and hike up my monthly rate.I lost a full day of wages and any shred of trust in this dealership. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door, then change the terms once they think they have you. Do yourself a favor: Save your time, save your money, and shop anywhere else. More

Would avoid this dealership. Really. They messed up the payment and then later called and demanded that we drive across town to fix their problem. They lied about insurance fo Really. They messed up the payment and then later called and demanded that we drive across town to fix their problem. They lied about insurance for the windshield of our Honda, saying that normal insurance would not cover a damaged windshield. The sale was in cash but they made us wait for hours to finish the process. And title person didn't mail the work in for over a month after it was due to the DMV (regulatory violation), and so we had to go through the process of getting an additional temporary plate. Very, very poor customer service. More
