Al Vincent was very patient and kind through the whole process. I felt treated very fairly through the whole process by the dealership and they were very communicative. A couple of minor, unforeseen issues arose during the process that Al and the rest of the Sapaugh team resolved quickly. Very satisfied customer. I live on the West Coast but wish I was closer to the dealership so I can deal with them again on future purchases. More

This is my 4th truck I’ve purchased through Sapaugh. They always take great care of me and my vehicle during purchase and after. Working with Rich Konold was awesome. We were able to work out all the details over the phone/text. When I came to the dealer to pick up my new truck, they got me and my family (3 young boys) in/out so fast. Rich even had little hot wheels cars for my boys. Joe Clemens is an amazing general manager and makes Sapaugh an awesome place to do business.
