Lousy service experience I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did I went to Kelly Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for the service. They conveniently “forgot” to apply the discount, but did their best to upsell me with a variety of services. They would not honor a coupon from another dealership which covered both the oil change and tire rotation for $24.95(which I somewhat understand), but would not even entertain the prospect of the discounting the service not covered by the competitors coupon (in this case tire rotation). I feel that they were dishonest and tried to sell me on additional services. Needless to say, I will never use them again More

Great support from sales through service Kelly Nissan stood up for me when my previous car was a "lemon" under state law. They're careful about tracking you down for recalls Not the same reception areas and service waiting areas as the luxury lines. But you are treated well, respectfully, and promptly. More
