Least stressful experience I've had at a dealership ever This is a wonderful place to ask for assistance in getting a car. I hate car shopping. I hate feeling pressured. I hate not being left on my own when I request it. That is what I get at most dealers and that is what I have to come to expect out of purchasing a vehicle. I did not get this from the staff. Ben is great. He is honest and will tell you exactly what he thinks and knows right away how to work with individual customers need. If he does not have an answer for you he will find out or tell you where to go. He will not BS you just to get a sale. The rest of the staff during my time treated me very much the same way. I left with a car that I enjoy and days later I have no regrets. More

Missing key Hi, I received my second key for my Corolla 4 days after I signed the lease on the car. Ben, my salesman was great. He was patient and accommodating w Hi, I received my second key for my Corolla 4 days after I signed the lease on the car. Ben, my salesman was great. He was patient and accommodating with me, my Mom and my brother. He showed us some great cars and let us test drive a couple of them. And, I was happy with one of them an older model Camry. He and Paul worked within my budget as much as possible and were very patient. With the thought in mind, that we had arrived in the evening in between 6 and 7. But after looking at the age of the car, they were not able to get the payments as low as my target amount per month. So they showed me a lease option on Toyota Corolla on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. I agreed on the lease and after I signed the lease I received the first set of keys. And I asked about the second key. Ben said he would look for them. After Ben went over the brochures of the car, I asked about the key and he said he would get it soon, "don't worry." Paul came by with some paperwork, and I asked about the key, and he said I'll be sure to get the key to you before you leave. After a couple hours had passed, I mentioned to Ben that when I purchased my brand new Prius back in 2007, I did not receive the 2nd key. He nodded and said don't worry you will get them ... they are upstairs. By the time 11 in the evening rolled, I left without the second key. Unfortunately, the car was nearly on "E", and he gave me $20 out of his own pocket, so that I could have enough to get home and work the next day and return to the dealership. He said that if I came back the next day, he would have the key and would fill the tank all the way up for my troubles. I came back on Wednesday after work which is not a direct route to my house to see Ben and although Paul was nice enough to offer to fill up my tank, neither one of them had my second pair of keys. Paul stated that the person who holds the keys locked them up and they have already went home for the day. My frustration grew. I called Ben on his cell because I had not heard from Paul or Ben about the key, and Ben mentioned that he was not at work it was his day off. And that he would meet me on Saturday, he said he did have the key ready and I could come by the dealership to pick them up. Paul gave me the key on Saturday because Ben was with a client. Although I was happy with the service of offering me car options, I was extremely unsatisfied with the handling of locating the second set of keys. I’m not sure why it took 4 days to get a new key, when on Wednesday there was a locksmith van outside of the dealership. Paul mentioned that he would cut me a key if they couldn’t find one, which I’m guessing is what culminated from me receiving the 2nd set of keys on Saturday, March 10 at 11 a.m. More
