I went into Acura of Peopria with an expectation that it would be a bad experience. I was instantly surprised but the level of professionalism and courtesy extended to me at first but I kept waiting for th would be a bad experience. I was instantly surprised but the level of professionalism and courtesy extended to me at first but I kept waiting for the inevitable letdown... it never happened. Prior to coming to Acura of Peoria I had a negative experience with another area dealership. Specifically I was discouraged away from looking at new car options as the sales rep stated I would experience sticker shock and should look at used car options instead. What the Sales rep did not understand by my appereance was that I have A+ Credit,substantial income, long term employmentand Net Worth. At Peoria of Acura I recieved A+ service at every turn. Having a Sales background myself I appreciate when every request recieves the necessary attention and most importantly there were no excuses. My sales process started on the the web leveragiung truecar.com and ended with great one on one service. I would highly reccomend Acura of Peoria, If you are looking for a great straight shooter ask for Jesse Stone. Lastly .9% financing made my decision very easy. More

Everyone at this dealership is committed and passionate about the cars and the customers;they professionally demonstrated that they want to work with the customer.The team here is polite and interested in about the cars and the customers;they professionally demonstrated that they want to work with the customer.The team here is polite and interested in developing a relationship and not just making a sales.The total experience here is much more appealing than the take it or leave it attitude at Acura Scottsdale ,especially with the Sales Manager.If you live closer to Scottsdale Acura,do yourself a big favor and take a short drive to Peoria Acura to get excellent expertise and experience in a friendly place.Herb S. STEVE HAMILTON is the salesman that has helped us twice at this dealership Our first experience last year was good and our second experience last month was EXCEPTIONAL. We purchased Acura TL with tech pkg through them. We took a quote from dealers within 100 miles including the dealers contracted with Costco. They were able to beat the lowest quote by $ 500 and gave us a fa a quote from dealers within 100 miles including the dealers contracted with Costco. They were able to beat the lowest quote by $ 500 and gave us a fair trade-in value. We found them very accommodating-We went to see the car at their closing time 8:00 PM and drove back with a new car at 12:00 AM. After two days we noticed a minor scratch on one door and a trunk mat missing. When we called Ben didn't hesitate to take care of both the things and even huge discount on car accessories. They even gave us a new loaner car during the time of repair. Typically, I would not write reviews. I had such an outstanding buying experience, I believe, Ben and Sara deserve this. More

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership over the last 4 years. Whether buying a brand new TSX or a used MDX, I have always been treated with respect and will not do business with any other deale the last 4 years. Whether buying a brand new TSX or a used MDX, I have always been treated with respect and will not do business with any other dealership in town. Brijen has been great to work with on 3 different occasions and is always willing to go the extra mile to get you what you want. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Acura or even a preowned vehicle! More

I was hesitant to go in without my husband but I needed a new car. It was a hot day and I had my 3yr old son with me. I was expecting to get bombarded with sales men trying to hold me hostage all day. It new car. It was a hot day and I had my 3yr old son with me. I was expecting to get bombarded with sales men trying to hold me hostage all day. It was actually the opposite. I was only approached by one sales man, Ben Quail. Ben was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Ben mentioned he had kids and I could tell he was not lying, my son loved him. The car needed to be detailed so instead of making my son and I wait, Ben bought us lunch. I couldn't believe how I was being treated. I never have had a car sales man buy me lunch before. I really felt special and the time went by so fast. Ben informed me on all the costs and the final loan amount was not far off of what he said it would be. I have a great new car and have told everyone I know to go see Ben if they need one too! Thanks Ben More

I had been trying to get out of my 02 Lexus IS300 but was a little upside down and every dealership I went to could not make a deal with me. I found a 06 MDX on Peoria Acura website that I had to have. I c a little upside down and every dealership I went to could not make a deal with me. I found a 06 MDX on Peoria Acura website that I had to have. I called and spoke with Brijen who told me come down and he would put his best guy on the job. I thought he was blowing a bunch of smoke trying to get me down there but the car was worth the gamble. When I pulled up to the dealership they had the MDX in front clean and ready for me to test drive. Ben was the sales man Brijen assigned to me. I thought he may have been the new guy at first but after talking with him he was very knowledgeable on the MDX and other competitors in its class. MDX was exactly what they said. Ben took great care of my wife and I during the long wait for finance. Honestly, that was my only complaint. I must have came on the busiest day of the year. There was 3 other people in front of me that needed to talk to finance and it took for ever. Ben made sure we were OK, I could tell he was getting nervous we might leave. The long wait was worth it. We got a great deal on the car, great trade in value, and are very pleased with the whole experience. See you in 5 years when it is time to trade in the MDX. More
