2nd purchase with this dealership. I researched the 2020 Ram 1500 Limited for a month or so and knew it was the new truck I wanted. I found an internet price that was just unbeatable. I researched the 2020 Ram 1500 Limited for a month or so and knew it was the new truck I wanted. I found an internet price that was just unbeatable. I went to the dealership on a very busy Saturday in February. I stood at the desk in the showroom for about 10 minutes. Eventually Brandon Brown came and checked on me. The vehicle I wanted was on the showroom floor. Brandon and I looked the vehicle over and I decided it was time for a test drive. Brandon had a wealth of knowledge about the truck. I was very impressed with him. If I had a question, he had a good answer. Oddly, I was turned over to Ben Schmidt to complete the sale. Ben also had a great deal of knowledge about the truck. We breezed through the remainder of the paperwork and I was on my way. Love the new truck! More

Did not honor Internet Price. Spoke with dealership by phone, text and email over several days. I set an appointment. The morning of my appointment they raised the price nearly 2K. Spoke with dealership by phone, text and email over several days. I set an appointment. The morning of my appointment they raised the price nearly 2K. I went anyway and was able to negotiate some, with help of the salesmen. But manager said he didn't have to sell me the car in spite of their mistake. Soured the experience but Ben, Cole and Megan made it better. They were great and I bought the car. Overall it is a nice place. More
