We purchased our new car in January 2020. Our salesman Jim Schindler took his time to carefully explain all the new features of our new car and helped us customize a few things before we left the lot! Great price, great service package, and an all around very positive experience. Ciocca was our first and last stop for this vehicle purchase and I know we made the right decision. Additionally, the day after we bought the car, we got a flat tire and were able to drive it back to the dealership where they replaced the tire (free of charge!) in less than an hour. It was especially impressive because their service department had a full schedule and I didn’t have an appointment! Great service! More
