Fernando not only helped me with a the test drive of one of the cars I was interested in, but while waiting to find out if the other vehicle was still available and could be delivered to the Allentown location, he recommended that I test drive another model vehicle so I had a full experience with different models. Within 24 hours not only did I chose a great vehicle, but Fernando and the staff at Ciocca provided me with an incredible experience that was greatly lacking elsewhere. More

Everyone I dealt with was very responsive to my questions and was very professional as well. There was zero pressure or any of the "tactics" most people have come to dislike from a stereotypical car buying experience. On the sales side, Emilie, Fernando and Marcus were great about answering questions and the negotiation process. At contract signing Ben was excellent at explaining the details and the benefits of the various programs offered without any pressure or trying to talk me into anything. More

Nice experience until contract came and I made a mistake! I had a pleasant experience with the purchase of my 2020 Subaru Legacy until I got home. Unfortunately when I arrived home I did peruse the contract. I had a pleasant experience with the purchase of my 2020 Subaru Legacy until I got home. Unfortunately when I arrived home I did peruse the contract. I usually look over all contracts but was beat and this was later afternoon. POINT IS ALWAYS LOOK OVER THE CONTRACT. Ciocca had put two line items in that were never shown to me or explained to me. They are a line called ETHOS GROUP for $1,299 and SERVICE CONTRACT for $3,682. Total or $4,981 which I am now financing. These are not needed but it was my mistake. I can recitfy this at all I will. However, DO NOT THIS MISTAKE YOURSELF! JUST ANOTHER HOCUS POCUS GIMMICK A CAR DEALER. More

They did not necessarily understand how the USAA buying car service worked with the discounts/financing. Ran my credit before I could say I was preapproved and had a cash offer. Okay no big deal they wanted to try and get me a better rate. They didn't but apparently wanted to try other companies. I told them yes as long as it would not put another hard inquiry on my credit report. Said it wouldn't. Well after they couldn't get me a better rate and we left happy with our Certified Pre-owned Subaru Legacy Premium at home I found I now have two hard inquiries from one attempt to buy a car. Besides that making me upset it was not a bad place to work with. They did try to find me a better deal and help me get into the car any way necessary. So despite the hard inquiry hiccup I would recommend the dealership and its employees to anyone. More

With a low payment. Fernando and Tom worked with in my schedule and have patience with my OCD Behavior. They did a great job!!! I will recommend them to anyone and all of my family. More
