Mercedes service is the best. Outstanding. I can’t say enough about the service. My 2023 GLC would not start. They sent a loaner car to me and picked up my car to fix. We were Outstanding. I needed a car to get to work at the hospital. After my car was fixed which did not take more than a day, my car was thoroughly cleaned. It looked brand new again! I almost didn’t want to drive it. It looked so awesome! More

You'll get great service here and all the service department employees are excellent. What is not so great: - In the last 4 years, there have been very little loaners available and if there is, they department employees are excellent. What is not so great: - In the last 4 years, there have been very little loaners available and if there is, they always appear to be 3 weeks out or more. - Prices of course are high. If you compare quotes with Beckley or Westside Autopros there are some savings but just be prepared to pay a lot for services here. If it can wait, check the others out for other quotes and likely better prices for about the same level of service. More
