I had a good car buying experience, thank you. I would definitely refer anyone to Koons Falls Church Ford. Very happy with my purchase. It’s Bronco season! Love my car! More

Koons Falls Church Ford responded

Carlos and Claudia, thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concerns. I understand you're frustrated that you have not received a response to your messages, that your Trax has been at another dealership for several days, and that you feel the vehicle and your experience have not met your expectations. I take any concern about how a guest feels they were treated very seriously and would like to review the details of your purchase and the current situation with you directly. Please contact me so we can talk through everything together. Best, Jsh’mere Spinner Customer Relations Manager jspinner@koons.com 703-241-7200 Ext. 19501
