Enrique was very personable and great to work with. We found the car we ended up purchasing online and spoke with him via phone as we live 4 1/2 hours away from the Dealership. He followed up on everything extremely quickly, and was able to prepare all the information in advance so that when we arrived all the paperwork was ready. When we arrived at the dealership all we had to do was test drive the car. He took extra time to show us all of the details of the car and explain how everything worked and he was very thorough. The whole process took less than two hours, The whole time we were at the dealership, everybody was nice and friendly, and we felt well taken care of. After purchasing, we Began the drive home and actually received a phone call from Enrique on the way home to ensure that we made it home safely with our new car. The whole experience was great, everybody was friendly and I would recommend purchasing a car from south bay lexus. Make sure to ask for Enrique for the best help! More
