I live in Downey with a Toyota service center mere blocks away from me. They do not offer shuttle service. So I called Longo since I purchased my car there and verified that they could take me home with thei away from me. They do not offer shuttle service. So I called Longo since I purchased my car there and verified that they could take me home with their shuttle service. The team member on the phone said my hometown was easily within their radius and I would be fine, but this ended up being false. They wouldn’t take me any closer to my home than the Toyota service center that’s already by my home. The team member disregarded how I ended up in this position let me know the shuttle wouldn’t be there for another hour. With me still needing to call an uber from the same dealer I could have gone to in the first place, going to this location was not only an inconvenience, but also a huge waste of my day. More
