We unexpectedly thought to drop by BMW of Catonsville to take a look at the cars in inventory. Benn was very patient with my family and I, as we had a ton of questions and was willing to take us on multiple test drives to see how we felt about the car. It was nice to go a dealership and not feel pressured, and for the staff to be so helpful. We ended up buying the car, and left the dealership happy! I would definitely recommend working with Benn if looking into future BMW purchases. More

Benn Edwards was an outstanding salesman throughout the whole process. The used car warranty of 12 month or 12,000 miles is OUTSTANDING, to top it off they provided my son with a FULL tank of gas (No dealership does this anymore), this is like gold to 16yr old kid. This was a cash transaction and at no time did Benn or the finance manager try to convert me to financing. I've purchased a lot of cars and I have to tell you that this was by far the best experience I've had. More
